Quality Engineer at Aakash+BYJU'S (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our growing team at Aakash+BYJU'S in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our educational content and processes, upholding the high standards that Aakash+BYJU'S is known for. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for educational content and related processes.

Review and analyze educational materials (e.g., study notes, question banks, video scripts) for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to curriculum standards, with a specific focus on scientific content.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, content developers, and instructional designers to identify and resolve quality issues.

Conduct root cause analysis for any quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems and processes.

Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Participate in audits and inspections to assess quality performance.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems.
