Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Corporate Communication professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a passion for contributing to the social impact sector. You will play a crucial role in shaping and disseminating our organizational message, enhancing our brand reputation, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to support Pratham's mission and programs.
- Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, speeches, and other external communications.
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content to increase awareness and participation.
- Support the organization of events, workshops, and conferences.
- Assist in developing internal communication materials for staff and volunteers.
- Monitor media coverage and report on relevant trends.
- Collaborate with program teams to gather stories and testimonials that highlight our impact.
- Maintain and update the company website and other digital platforms.
