Refinery Maintenance Manager (3-4 Yrs) | Coimbatore

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Maintenance Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of refinery equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and process engineering principles applied in a refinery setting. You will contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of the refinery's maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies for all refinery equipment, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and distillation columns.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and engineers, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement, ensuring availability of critical components.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute planned shutdowns and turnarounds.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in refinery maintenance and asset management.
