Regional Manager (South India)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations across South India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fitness and wellness market, coupled with proven experience in managing multiple centers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional sales and operational targets.

Manage a portfolio of fitness centers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high standards of service delivery, and optimal resource utilization.

Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and revenue within the region.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of center managers and staff to achieve performance goals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Manage regional budgets, P&L, and financial performance effectively.
