Job Description

Role Summary: NIUA is seeking a motivated Research Analyst with 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to support its ongoing research initiatives in urban development and governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and research skills, with a keen interest in public administration and policy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on urban development policies, programs, and challenges in India.
- Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources.
- Assist in preparing research reports, policy briefs, and presentations.
- Support project management activities, including literature reviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through workshops, seminars, and publications.
- Collaborate with senior researchers and urban planners on diverse projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in urban affairs and public administration.
