The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and customer service. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and accurate transactions at our retail pharmacy counter, contributing to the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Process customer orders for over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and other pharmacy products.

Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge.

Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter and pharmacy sales area.

Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and directing customers to appropriate sections.

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and data security.
