Rig Supervisor - Post Graduation Not Required Professionals

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and diligent Rig Supervisor with 3-5 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage all operations at a drilling rig site. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of drilling activities, coordinating personnel and equipment to meet project objectives. This role does not require post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct all drilling operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Manage rig crew, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Monitor drilling parameters and operational performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate daily drilling reports, including operational progress, equipment status, and safety incidents.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., geology, engineering, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce strict safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
