Sales Consultant at TCS

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultant with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge and sales acumen to identify, pursue, and close business opportunities within the IT services and consulting sector. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs, the ability to articulate complex IT solutions, and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Understand client business challenges and articulate how TCS's IT services and consulting solutions can address them.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the IT and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline, track activities, and forecast sales revenue.
