Second Officer / Mate - Lucknow

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Second Officer / Mate to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in maritime operations or a related field within a large organization. You will be responsible for assisting the Chief Officer in the safe and efficient operation of vessels, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and managing crew duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Officer in day-to-day vessel operations and management.

Supervise and coordinate the work of deck crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Maintain vessel logs, records, and reports accurately.

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, emergency procedures, and company policies.

Participate in emergency drills and training exercises.

Conduct regular inspections of vessel equipment and safety gear.

Assist in cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and stowage.

Communicate effectively with other departments and external stakeholders.
