Security Head - Corporate (Delhi)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Security Head with 1-2 years of experience to oversee and manage security operations at our corporate office in Delhi. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and information. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com background and a foundational understanding of security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.

Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control, and respond to alarms or incidents.

Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments of the corporate premises.

Manage visitor access and ensure compliance with security regulations.

Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement when necessary.

Maintain security logs and prepare incident reports.

Support the implementation of emergency response plans.

Ensure adherence to all company security guidelines and government regulations.
