Security Supervisor (0-2 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Security Supervisor with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and demonstrate a foundational understanding of security protocols and technologies. You will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities.

Supervise and guide junior security personnel, ensuring adherence to established security procedures.

Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to identify and report potential hazards or breaches.

Manage access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.

Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.

Maintain accurate logs and reports of security activities, incidents, and observations.

Assist in the implementation of security policies and procedures.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Provide basic technical support related to security systems and equipment.
