Senior Head - F&B - Fitness & Wellness

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Head - F&B to lead our Food & Beverage operations at our new fitness and wellness center in Kochi. This role is crucial in developing and executing our F&B strategy to complement our core fitness offerings, ensuring a seamless and healthy lifestyle experience for our members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nutrition, a strong understanding of food service management, and the ability to innovate within the wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive F&B strategy aligned with the company's overall fitness and wellness mission.

Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, including menu planning, procurement, inventory management, quality control, and service standards.

Create healthy, nutritious, and appealing menu options that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences of our fitness-focused clientele.

Manage F&B staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

Control F&B costs and optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events for F&B offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and innovative F&B concepts in the wellness space.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for supply chain.
