Service / Maintenance Supervisor for M.Tech Graduates (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Service / Maintenance Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience for our facility in Jaipur. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of all essential services and equipment within our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of M.Tech principles and their application in maintenance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the maintenance and services department.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment and infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery, utilities, and building services.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for maintenance activities.

Supervise and train a team of technicians and support staff.

Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and budget adherence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals.
