Shipping & Maritime - Other - M.Tech Professionals

Role Summary: We are seeking motivated M.Tech graduates with 1-2 years of experience for our Shipping & Maritime - Other roles. This position involves overseeing and managing various aspects of the supply chain and logistics related to our pharmaceutical operations, ensuring efficient and compliant movement of goods. You will be instrumental in optimizing our maritime and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipping and logistics operations for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international maritime laws.
- Monitor and optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and delivery times.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
- Manage documentation related to shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective shipping solutions and new vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Analyze shipping data and prepare reports on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.
