We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker with a B.Tech/B.E. background and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Thane. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our advanced medical technologies and the communities we serve, ensuring equitable access and support. You will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and community stakeholders to address social determinants of health related to medical device adoption and utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess community needs and identify barriers to accessing medical devices and healthcare services.

Develop and implement social support programs in collaboration with healthcare facilities and NGOs.

Educate patients and families on the use and benefits of medical equipment, and available support systems.

Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to advocate for improved healthcare access and social welfare initiatives.

Utilize technical understanding from B.Tech/B.E. to explain complex medical device functionalities and their societal impact.

Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness and social impact, reporting findings to management.

Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing challenges related to health and medical technology adoption.
