Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Somnologist to join our growing biotechnology team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sleep disorders, diagnostic methodologies, and a strategic business acumen gained through an MBA/PGDM. This role involves contributing to research initiatives, product development, and market analysis within the sleep health domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive sleep assessments and diagnose various sleep disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to align sleep health strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape for sleep-related products and therapies.
- Contribute to the development of new diagnostic tools and therapeutic solutions in sleep medicine.
- Manage relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in the field of sleep science.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and publications on research findings and business strategies.
