Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Pharma background to join our technical support team in Ludhiana. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for sound and light systems, alongside other technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical skills developed through pharmaceutical studies and a passion for technology, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for sound and lighting equipment and associated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to audio-visual and technical setups.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and testing of technical equipment for events, presentations, and daily operations.
- Maintain inventory of technical equipment and supplies, ensuring proper documentation and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address complex technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain user guides and support documentation for technical systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in sound, light, and general IT support technologies.
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on all technical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Apply analytical problem-solving skills, similar to those used in pharmaceutical research and development, to diagnose and rectify technical faults.
