Sponsorship / Partnership Manager (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sponsorship / Partnership Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that align with Cult.fit's brand objectives and growth strategies within the Indian market. This role requires a strong understanding of the fitness and wellness industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and nurture relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential sponsors and strategic partners within the fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and relevant sectors.

Develop compelling proposals and presentations to pitch partnership opportunities to prospective clients.

Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring opportunities for renewal and expansion.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated campaigns that leverage sponsorships and partnerships effectively.

Track and report on the performance of sponsorship and partnership initiatives, analyzing ROI and providing insights for future strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the Indian fitness and wellness landscape.
