Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sports Scout with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will leverage your legal and analytical expertise to identify, evaluate, and report on potential talent within the sports domain, aligning with our company's strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing frameworks for talent acquisition and performance analysis, utilizing your understanding of complex data and regulatory landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sports-related data and trends to identify promising athletes and teams.
- Conduct thorough research on player statistics, performance metrics, and market values.
- Develop and refine scouting criteria and evaluation methodologies based on legal and analytical principles.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on potential talent, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and potential.
- Collaborate with legal and business development teams to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
- Monitor the sports industry for emerging talent and market opportunities.
- Assist in contract analysis and due diligence processes, leveraging LLM capabilities.
- Maintain an organized database of scouted talent and relevant information.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in sports analytics and legal frameworks.
