Steward / Waiter / Waitress at Corporate (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Steward / Waiter / Waitress with 2-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our corporate hospitality team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards within our corporate environment, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace for our employees and visitors. This role requires a blend of organizational skills and interpersonal abilities, leveraging your educational background to manage tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to employees and guests in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to service protocols.

Set up and clear dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.

Manage inventory of pantry supplies and report any shortages or damages.

Assist with catering arrangements for corporate events and meetings.

Maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation in all service areas.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.

Utilize organizational skills developed through BCA to manage service schedules and resource allocation.
