Store Executive - IT Services & Consulting (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our IT Services & Consulting team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT assets, ensuring efficient inventory control, and supporting the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming IT hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets, including serial numbers, configuration details, and location.
- Organize and manage the IT store, ensuring proper storage and security of assets.
- Fulfill requests for IT equipment and software from internal users, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and reconcile stock.
- Assist in the procurement process by identifying stock needs and generating purchase requisitions.
- Manage the disposal of obsolete or damaged IT assets in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure smooth deployment and setup of new equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the IT storage area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to asset management and data security.
