Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Corporate Strategy team as a Strategy Manager. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent Diploma holder looking to gain experience in strategic planning and execution within India's leading engineering and construction conglomerate. You will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.

Support the development of business plans and strategic proposals.

Help in data collection, analysis, and reporting for strategic projects.

Collaborate with various business units to gather information and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.

Contribute to the preparation of presentations for senior management.

Learn and apply project management principles to assigned tasks.
