System Security Engineer - Startup (Indore)

Naandi Foundation is seeking a System Security Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Indore. This role is crucial for safeguarding our digital infrastructure and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data, supporting our mission in social development. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and applications.
• Monitor systems for security breaches or intrusions and respond to incidents.
• Develop and execute security policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing of IT infrastructure.
• Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training to staff.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations and network architecture.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning from a security perspective.
