Technical Support - Voice / Blended (Chandigarh)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Technical Support professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth technological operations that support our mission of empowering adolescent girls. You will be responsible for providing voice and blended technical assistance to internal staff and potentially to our community partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective use of our IT resources. Your M.A. background will be valuable in understanding the nuances of our work and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
- Conduct basic training sessions for staff on new software or IT procedures.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system updates and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security protocols.
- Contribute to improving support processes and user satisfaction.
