Tender Executive - Contract Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tender Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and have a strong understanding of tender processes within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate and compliant tenders, bids, and proposals for government and private sector clients.

Analyze tender documents to identify key requirements, scope of work, and submission deadlines.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Legal, Technical) to gather necessary information and ensure all tender specifications are met.

Review and proofread tender documents for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy, ensuring a professional presentation.

Maintain a comprehensive database of all submitted tenders, client feedback, and successful bids.

Utilize design skills to create visually appealing and informative tender presentations and supporting documents.

Stay updated on industry trends and tender opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences sector.
