Tender Manager - Opto Circuits (3-4 Yrs) (Bangalore)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tender Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids for our medical devices and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of tender documentation, government procurement processes, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze tender notices, specifications, and requirements from various government and private organizations.

Prepare and compile all necessary tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather required information and ensure compliance.

Ensure timely submission of bids before the stipulated deadlines.

Maintain a database of all submitted tenders and their status.

Follow up on submitted tenders and respond to queries from tendering authorities.

Stay updated with the latest government procurement policies and regulations.

Assist in pre-bid meetings and clarify doubts related to tender submissions.
