Third Officer / Mate (2-4 Yrs) | Surat

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Third Officer / Mate with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the senior officers in the day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our fitness and wellness facilities. This role is suitable for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for the health and wellness industry, where post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Officer and First Officer in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and task delegation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the facility.
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment, reporting any discrepancies or needs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery to members.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and operational metrics.
- Provide support in organizing and executing fitness and wellness programs and events.
- Address member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular checks of facilities and equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
