Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tour Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of travel and logistics for our executive team and potential clients visiting our Vishakhapatnam office. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM background to ensure seamless, cost-effective, and memorable travel experiences, aligning with our company's strategic objectives. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, local transportation, and visa processing for domestic and international travel.
• Develop and manage travel budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate itineraries, meetings, and events for visiting executives and clients, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Provide on-ground support and assistance during tours, ensuring smooth execution of all planned activities.
• Handle unforeseen travel disruptions and emergencies, offering prompt and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate travel records, expense reports, and supplier contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to negotiate favorable rates and services.
• Ensure compliance with all travel-related regulations and company policies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the travel experience and improve operational efficiency.
