Town / Urban Planner (0-2 Yrs) | Kochi

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Town / Urban Planner with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role will support the planning and development of our retail and operational infrastructure, ensuring alignment with urban development guidelines and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Des degree and a foundational understanding of urban planning principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research and analysis of urban development plans, zoning regulations, and land-use policies relevant to our expansion in Kochi.
- Support the preparation of planning documents, site analysis reports, and feasibility studies for new retail outlets and operational facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on design concepts and spatial planning for our physical presence.
- Contribute to the development of visual aids, presentations, and drawings to communicate planning proposals.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to urban planning and site development.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in urban planning and design.
