Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Unani Physician to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will leverage their medical expertise in Unani medicine, combined with strong management and strategic thinking skills gained from an MBA/PGDM, to contribute to public health initiatives. This role involves patient care, program management, and contributing to policy implementation within the framework of the National Health Mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Unani medical consultations and treatment to patients, adhering to ethical and professional standards.
- Develop and implement health programs and initiatives aligned with the objectives of the National Health Mission.
- Manage healthcare resources efficiently, including budgeting, procurement, and inventory control, utilizing MBA/PGDM skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other medical professionals, administrators, and government officials.
- Analyze health data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to policy development and implementation related to Unani medicine and public health.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct health awareness campaigns and educational sessions for communities.
About National Health Mission
