Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 2-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team as a UX, Design & Architecture associate. In this role, you will contribute to the design and architecture of innovative digital solutions that enhance public services and streamline government operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into effective and user-friendly interfaces and systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within the public administration sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in user research and analysis to understand the needs of diverse user groups within the public administration context.
- Contribute to the creation of user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows and system interactions.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to translate conceptual ideas into functional prototypes and design specifications.
- Participate in the evaluation of existing systems and identify areas for improvement in user experience and architectural efficiency.
- Support the documentation of design decisions, system architecture, and user guidelines.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project goals and government mandates.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in UX/UI design, digital architecture, and public sector technology.
