We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative UX Writer with a background in M.Pharma to join our growing team in Mangalore. As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products by crafting clear, concise, and engaging content. Your understanding of pharmaceutical concepts will be invaluable in translating complex scientific information into accessible language for diverse user groups, including healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and researchers to understand user needs and product goals.
- Write, edit, and refine user interface text, including microcopy, error messages, labels, and instructions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
- Translate complex scientific and medical information from M.Pharma background into user-friendly and accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain content style guides and terminology for digital products.
- Conduct content audits and user testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all content aligns with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps.
