Verification Team Lead - NGO / Social Services / Industry Associations

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Verification Team Lead to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree and 2-3 years of experience in verification processes, preferably within the social sector. You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data related to our child welfare programs and beneficiary verifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of verification officers, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement verification protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all verification activities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during verification.
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports on verification outcomes.
• Train new team members on verification processes and best practices.
