Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty at TCS

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty to join our team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background and 3-4 years of experience, particularly those with an M.Pharma degree, looking to contribute to industry-relevant education and training within the IT services and consulting sector. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical industry applications, focusing on areas where pharmaceutical sciences intersect with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and informative lectures and workshops on topics relevant to the intersection of pharmaceutical sciences and IT, such as bioinformatics, data analytics in drug discovery, regulatory compliance in healthcare IT, or digital health solutions.

Develop and update course materials, case studies, and practical assignments that align with current industry trends and challenges.

Facilitate discussions and interactive sessions to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among learners.

Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and assessments.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pharmaceutical sciences, IT, and their convergence.
