Warehouse Executive (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
BYJU'S is seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage and oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will be a postgraduate with a strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes within the education technology sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for our learning programs and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, stocking, and dispatching of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all warehouse items to optimize space and prevent damage.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of goods.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse environment.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a productive and safe work culture.
- Track and report on key warehouse metrics, such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rate, and operational costs.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or logistics.
