Web Designer - MNC (Delhi)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at BYJU'S, a leading MNC in the education technology sector, located in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging and user-friendly web designs that align with our brand identity and educational objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design, coupled with a solid educational background, preferably an M.Com degree, to understand the business and financial aspects that often influence design decisions in an educational context.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive website interfaces.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate educational concepts and business requirements into effective web designs.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.

Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and browsers.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.

Stay updated with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Utilize an understanding of business principles (from M.Com) to inform design choices that support user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
