Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Banking Associate with a unique M.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of investment banking within the rapidly growing travel and tourism sector. You will support senior bankers in deal execution, market research, and financial analysis, leveraging your scientific acumen to understand complex business models and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the origination and execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions within the travel and tourism industry.
- Conduct in-depth market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessments, with a focus on identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums.
- Support due diligence processes, including data collection, review, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, attending client meetings and presentations.
- Analyze the financial statements and operational data of companies, applying critical thinking and a scientific approach.
- Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations for clients.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and market developments relevant to the travel and tourism sector in India.
