Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, understanding of pharmaceutical products, and digital marketing acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on various eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates.
- Monitor eCommerce KPIs and generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement promotional campaigns and digital advertising efforts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and product information, leveraging B.Pharma knowledge for product-related queries.
- Conduct market research to identify new eCommerce opportunities and competitive strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for online pharmaceutical sales.
