Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Export / Import Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is perfect for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in international trade within the fast-paced telecom sector. You will be instrumental in managing the smooth flow of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with all regulations and optimizing logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of import and export documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of imports and exports.
Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Support the identification and evaluation of potential new suppliers and service providers in international markets.
Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the import/export process.
Learn and apply knowledge of Incoterms and international trade best practices.
