We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Leader / Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and have a strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and team management within the leather industry. This role is crucial for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of production workers on the assembly line.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Track production output and identify areas for improvement in efficiency.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods for the assigned line.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise on the production floor.
- Maintain production records and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with quality control and maintenance departments.
