2-3 Yrs Contract Insurance Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Insurance Operations Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a strong understanding of insurance processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our insurance services, supporting both our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process insurance policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with underwriters, sales teams, and customers to resolve queries and ensure policy issuance.

Verify and validate policy documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Maintain accurate records of policy information and operational data in the CRM system.

Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and operational issues related to insurance policies.

Support the implementation of new operational procedures and system enhancements.

Generate reports on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
