Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Design Team Lead with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a passion for the entertainment industry. You will be responsible for guiding a team of designers, ensuring the visual excellence of our projects, and contributing to innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, and visualizers.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of visual elements for film promotions, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
- Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and production.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for the design team.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the entertainment sector.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop and present design concepts to stakeholders.
