2-3 Yrs Experience Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our live entertainment and event operations. This role requires a unique blend of pharmaceutical knowledge and operational acumen to manage diverse aspects of event logistics and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all operational aspects of live events and entertainment experiences in Jaipur.

Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with vendors, artists, venue managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

Apply principles of project management to manage event lifecycles from planning to post-event analysis.

Utilize analytical skills, honed through an M.Pharma background, to assess operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage on-site operations, troubleshooting any issues that may arise during events.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, drawing upon understanding of pharmaceutical standards.

Prepare post-event reports, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
