2-3 Yrs Functional Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Functional Consultant with 2-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding client business processes, translating them into system requirements, and configuring solutions within our manufacturing and production software platforms. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients in the manufacturing and production domain.
- Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Configure and customize ERP/MES/SCM systems based on client requirements.
- Develop test cases, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing technology.
