Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and business development, to align project goals with company strategy.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
