Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - HR to lead our human resources functions in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR management, preferably within the media and entertainment sector. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives, foster a positive work environment, and manage employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in India.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
