2-4 Yrs Co-Pilot / First Officer / Second Officer role in Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Co-Pilot / First Officer / Second Officer with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for supporting our Investment Banking and Private Equity operations, particularly within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. You will be instrumental in conducting in-depth market research, financial analysis, and deal execution activities, leveraging your scientific background to provide unique insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries, identifying emerging trends and investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch books for M&A transactions and capital raising mandates.
• Support deal sourcing and client relationship management, leveraging your understanding of scientific innovation to identify potential targets and build rapport.
• Perform due diligence activities, including scientific and commercial assessments, to evaluate the viability of investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to facilitate transaction execution and provide strategic advice.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes, scientific advancements, and market dynamics impacting the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
