2nd Engineer - Beverage (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Engineer to join our beverage production team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and a proven track record in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the beverage industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance and repair of all plant machinery and equipment, including brewing, bottling, and packaging lines.

Monitor production processes to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Participate in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.

Collaborate with the engineering team and production staff to achieve operational goals.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
