Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Engineer with 1-2 years of experience for our Power Generation facility in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a foundational understanding of power plant operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and critical sector of the Indian economy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monitoring and operation of power generation equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of plant machinery and infrastructure.
- Support in troubleshooting and diagnosing operational issues under supervision.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of plant performance and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Participate in team projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Learn and apply technical knowledge related to power generation and distribution.
