Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Card Operations Executive / Lead with 3-4 years of experience to manage and optimize our card operations within the gaming sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (B.Tech/B.E.) and a proven ability to handle complex operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processing and fraud prevention. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our payment systems and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily card transaction processing, monitoring for anomalies and ensuring accuracy.
- Implement and manage fraud detection and prevention strategies for card payments.
- Collaborate with payment gateway providers and financial institutions to resolve issues and improve service levels.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation for card services.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payment card industry (PCI DSS) regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to card payment systems.
- Train and mentor junior team members on card operations best practices.
- Liaise with customer support to address card-related customer queries and disputes.
